Job responsibilities:

1. Market planning and execution: Conduct market research, data collection, and competitor analysis, based on the overall strategic orientation of the province and region, develop regional sales plans and marketing plans (one customer one plan, one vehicle one plan, one store one plan), and control regional budgets. Organize and implement sales and profit targets for the cost area, as well as other strategic layouts;

2. Market expansion and customer management: Organize and implement blank market development within the region, summarize and replicate successful experiences. Provide competitive marketing solutions to customers, conduct customer management (contract, order, invoice, inventory, personnel management, business operations, and resolution of customer complaints), ensure customer compliance with company policies, maintain customer relationships, and cultivate core dealers and dedicated vehicle business teams.

3. Product and brand promotion: Implement the company's category planning, promote the implementation of the company's brand strategy in the region, implement the company's channel model promotion, and complete the operation and management of the KA business in the region according to the KA business strategy and requirements. Channel management improves channel coverage based on regional planning, and deeply cultivates high-yield customers, stores, and vehicles.

Job requirements

1. 3-5 years of work experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, with comprehensive experience in terminal and channel operations, familiar with local systems and brand agents, and priority given to customer relationships;

2. More than three years of regional team management experience, possessing market planning skills, customer development and management abilities, familiar with local store operation processes, and having their own methods for product sales.

3. Accepting business trips, able to work hard and have strong sales pressure resistance.
